Your on a slippery slope asking that mate. Some people are for it alot are against it.
Personally, I've used it to control height. End result....didnt taste any different than a previous harvest without it. Buds were like pebbles though. Don't go on their recommended usage which I think states 3-5ml. You'll be building houses out of the buds.
There's a few different pgrs on the market, rox, reborn, fruit machine to name a few.

Unless you have a real need, I would give PGR's a wide berth....

There is no real need, just the appeal of increased yields always appealing as it means more to smoke 😛 so just messing around with nuits to see if they can make any difference

I totally understand where you are coming from mate... look up plant growth regulators (That's what Rox is) & make an informed decision before just blindly going ahead
I would recommend if it's needed, and I mean recommend by using it to kill strech. Apart from using it for that id leave it out. Used at 0.25ml per litre from day 21-35 of 12/12. Also used at week 7 and 8 along side overdrive at the same dosage ✌

That stuff wouldn't come anywhere near a plant I intend to smoke or consume....Just me personally each to their own.
