    Default Airstones left on

I've a wilma (50L res) with 1 medium and 1 large airstone in there to oxygenate and mix up the water prior to feeding, my question is do i have the airstones on 15m before and during the feed or just leave the airstones on constantly?

    How you use your airstones?

It'll be better to keep it on mate, to keep the nuits circulating. Don't want to just let water with nuits in just sit there for too long. It'll grow nasty shit in the res

I run 4 airstones constantly in a 85l Wilma and it doesn't create any ph fluctuations, mate.

You just use airstones and not a circulation pump?
