    Default Apera ph tester

Just had my new Apera PH tester delivered from Amazon and must say I am mighty impressed. Not cheap at 42 pounds but it looks and feel like a great piece of kit. comes with PH fluid in little bottles which is really handy a sturdy case and lanyard. Everything about it feels and look high quality. Calibrated right out of the box spot on. Apera are specialists in this type of equipment.

I have had a few PH meters First was an Essentials which I was't impressed with I then bought 3 of the cheap 12 quid yellow ones, the first one of which is over 10 months old and still going strong and accurate the other two have both had their problems.

I like to have 2 PH meters and use them both together to be sure of a accurate reading.

Will update as I use it more.

Had this pen for 6 weeks now and just needed its first calibration after daily use. Still very impressed but noticed they have gone up in price by around £15 in the time since I bought mine. Still worth every penny and more IMO.
