    Cool First Indoor Cannabis Grow

    Hi guys,
I have now had my plant for 19 days indoors under a 600w led grow lamp with 18/6 hours schedule.
I have just switched to 7.5 liter pot and added new soil to it as well as some hydrograins at the bottom!
    Strain: AutoF Viking NL.

    questions:
    - What do you think about the plant, and what can I do better, have given NPK nutrition twice.
    - When should I start with Low stress train?
    - Give me tips because I can not really much, and want to develop and be able to make better plants in the future!

Your best bet would be to have an auto either on 24 hours of light or 22/2.

Autos are on a clock from the get go and need as much light as they can get.

I always run my autos 24 hours on. Easy to control the environment too.

Other than that she looks nice and healthy
Don't add anymore food, now you've added fresh soil there will be enough food in that for a couple of weeks.

With Auto's,you should plant them straight into their final pot after germination as they dont like re-potting.Also,like others have said, hold off on the nutes as generally,(depending on soil type,) its good for 3-4 weeks and even then, you can get nute burn.(also, adding some perlite to the soil will help with drainage and getting oxygen to the roots.)Im still a beginner and this is my first attempt with LST'ing and sort of feeling my way as i go along, I started at about 2 weeks in and am definitely seeing the benefits already with the off-shoots creating a thicker canopy with potential new tops. I was worried at first as you are bricking it because you dont want to harm your girl/s but there are plenty of people on here with loads of experience that can help you out.

I'd consider putting a shirt on before taking the picture.

10 litre pots minimum I use for autos mate they get rammed with roots after a couple of months
Looks like you have 5 litres of soil in those, fill it it up a bit more now (bigger roots =bigger fruits and all that)
You can tie that main stem to the side of your pot now fella before it starts to harden up

I'd agree with the larger pots. I planted my two autos (first grow) in 8 liter pots, and am wishing they were a bit bigger now. Im about 3 weeks from harvest and can see a few roots have broken the surface of the soil..

Just add a layer to cover them up and stop drying out
Should see you all right for 3 weeks
