Over watering or nutrient issue or ...?
Hey guys so I got some bad advice and was giving my plant too much water and nutrients, or at least I think that's the problem. The leaves have gotten a bit darker at the top and started to droop over the past few days and the tips have curled down, sort of limp like and weak. Also this is my first plant so I'm a little scared it's not female could someone confirm, no matter how many joints I blaze I can't seem to shake the fear 😭
Also any other tips or criticism is welcomed cos as I said I'm a wack ass n00b 😁👌that much that I couldn't get my images to upload from a phone or from the image host site so sorry about that 😂

I noticed 1 of he leaves is curling down...googled that and got
"Nitrogen Toxicity
A Nitrogen toxicity is the result of the plant getting too much Nitrogen (usually from too high levels of nutrients overall, or by using a Vegetative nutrient in the flowering stage). It causes dark green leaves and curled tips (“the claw”).
One of the main symptoms of an Nitrogen toxicity is curled tips (“the claw”)"
I would stop feeding for a week.....what are you feeding them and how often? how often do you water?i do 1 day water, 2nd water+plant magic old timers, 3rd day nothing and repeat...

I thought it might be that, thanks mate, and yeah I watered it today but just about 200mls or so. I was watering it 500+mls every day. Basically my gf's best pal's boyfriend told me to add 5ml baby bio to 1 litre every day. This seemed like too much water for my pot so I did maybe 500-700. I've realised now that's still far too much, but thanks I think I'll try your 3 day rule. My other friend gave me bio bizz, and potassium and phosphoric acid I think?not gave the plant any of that cos I was thinking of giving the plant a couple days to recover, what do you think?

the amount of water differs, you dont want to over water, so to that aim water 2 days out of 3 and that gives them a day to dry out, my understanding the dry out day is good for them. regarding the other question, no idea,i buy feminized or auto flower, both 100% female, saves the hassle of waiting to see what sex they are...there will be stuff on here(somewhere) showing you how to tell, or youtube..but i would recommend feminized or auto flower to save the hassle...

Letting the top inch or two get dry between watering will help convince the roots to grow and search for water a bit I think. It also reduces risks of bugs I think.
I usually water till I see it start leaving the pot. Then I get out the turkey baster and drain the excess from the tray.

Also, i would not be feeding that plant at all yet. If it is in anyway decent soil, theres no need for feed for at least 4 weeks. What size is the pot it's in? Looks a bit small , but hard to tell from the pic.

Thanks guys, i gave it yesterday off to dry up a bit, first couple inches was dry so just gave it about 300 ml of water but holding back on nutes. I think colour wise it's looking a bit less overly dark. And I have a bigger pot but the box Iv got it in doesn't fit it so I'm waiting til I get a tent off my mate or build a bigger box but I might be getting the tent today. From the pictures do you it's think it's definitely female? And how many weeks would u wait til adding nutes?

From my limited understanding, it is far too early to tell the plant's sex. And i would wait about another 7-10 days without nutes. Decent soil has enough in it to bring a plant right up to the start of flowering in most cases.
