    Default Flushing procedure

Hi folks, im a bit unsure of the flushing procedure. I know that they recommend that you give the plant 3 times the soil capacity in water, but is this all at once or over a period of days? im assuming it's over a period of a couple of days?

you only flush with x 3 when you use coco and even then mainly to fix issues , Thats done by flooding the medium all at once .

For flushing in soil just feed plain water 10-14 days
For coco i flush 5-7 days with plain ph water
for hydro/dwc 2-4 days plain ph water

Flooding soil with x 3 would be a terrible idea at any stage never mind during flowering . All you need to do is keep to your normal cycle of watering minus any nutrients

Why wouldnt you flush a light mix ? Im using biobizz light and I was told to flush it with 3 x the pot ? So your saying no need of that and just water for the last 2 weeks ?

do you mean why am i flushing in a light mix as in that the plant has used all the nutes that were mixed in the soil by this point and theres no need to flush?

Flushing is done in soil, usually when there is a problem & you need to reset the soil.

Why are you flushing mate? If theres an issue then like monster said you wana be floodin them to push out all them salts which cause issues like lock out.
