It was vegged for 6 weeks in natural sunlight using SoHum living soil then moved under Migro 100 - 12/12 @ 100% power @ 30cm/35cm/40cm away, The only stress was minor holding the branches down flush with each other with garden rope for an even canopy moved into Sunlight when possible for a few hours. I'm struggling with humidity 68% with open door and fan blowing. Until i can purchase a cheap £50 cupboard dehumidifier, not sure if they're any good still waiting on reply in another thread. The bigger fan leaves started to get brown spots.. these are slowly making the way on the bud leafs now

Flush, pour water in through the top, as in soak until water flushes through the bucket into a run off?

Yeah that’s a flush but a good flush is normally at least twice the size of the pot . Only top feed the plant and don’t let her sit in any run off that’s still in the tray/saucer long than about ten mins 🇬🇧

If you are bottom feeding your plants then it is the same as letting them sit in their own run off, it is bad for the plants health & can cause problems such as you are experiencing. Follow British green's advice for flushing & from then on top feed with run off to waste...

All run off, discard. You (or your plants) have no further use for it....

Right, twice the size of the pot. You're saying if the pot is 5 litres a flush would be 10 litres of water through it? I will flush the medium thoroughly in my shower.

If you take a look in my diary you'll see the dehumidifier I just got. It holds up to 400ml and was reduced from 45 to 17 quid. Seems to suck up nearly 200ml a day so far and keeps my humidity in a small tent in the low 50s

flush until your runoff is clear..

and then mix quarter recommended nutes into final gallon of flush....

also get rid of any yellowing and brown leaves. if not its a welcome mat for insects..

and stress can come from many things like heat, light dep, interrupted darkness, feeding,over/under watering, humidity etc.

so buy a loupe and judge the trichomes ... patience is key.

Yesterday, double bucket run through. Will get a dehumidifier of Amazon. No nutrients though. Going to remove all yellow blown leaves. Will take on what you said about stress. This morning my thought my eyes were going fuzzy on closer inspection my bucket was teeming with small Thrips jumping about an inch off the soil, think they're black Thrips i have caught a few 100000 on some double sided selotape
