Default Flower week 3, possible multiple deficiencies or overdose, unsure?

Hi everyone having some trouble with my plants the leaves are yellowing and turning brown to eventually dieing also the tips of buds have become really dry and crumble when touched.

I also flushed them with atleast 20l of water yesterday just in case it was an overdose however they have not got any better.

I'm unsure why, however my hydro plants are rocketing on with hardly any maintenance, they have even out grown the soil ones which had a 2 month veg & are very healthy, the hydro ones where started 1.5 weeks before flip to 12/12.

    Soil regime
    Nutes old timer bloom
    Additives: ionic silicon

    Any help would be ace.

    Thanks

Possible fan or light burn mate. The light is too close, making the leaves hot, and the fan is blowing too hard on them, making the moisture evaporate from those bits of the leaves too much.

Can you get a pic up of the whole plant? Is this the only affected area?

Also no fan in the room, just a 8 inch carbon filter attached to a 1500m box fan

600w bulbs get real hot mate so 99% of growers use oscillating type fans to mix the hot air so it doesn't burn your delicate girls,
even if the bulb is 12'' away - without a fan and multiple hours of excess heat the leaves/tops burn and die off

pictures show burnt tops and leaves, the lower yellow growth was your plant needing nitrogen due to excess growth/stretch,
id remove those burnt tops as a precaution to mold/rot at a much later date

it's not nutrient burn since it's not showing any damage on the lower leaves

Would it be worth giving them a shot of grow nutes at this stage?
