Have you had a fan blowing over them or beside them bro' i'll be very surprised if they are dry right through the nugs, probably just dry on the outside you need to get them into jars with some mini hygrometers and leave them until you get an accurate reading and take it from there, ideal reading is 62%, all the best brother, G'.

seem to have dried now since friday night... ive heard people say 7-14 days... i dont understand have i dont something wrong? mine are now crispy

Dried far too quickly mate, are they snapping at the base of the buds? Probably still wet in the middle, you need to reduce the fan and extractor speed to take less air out. The moisture is escaping to quickly, reduce the temps and airflow ASAP, or you’re gonna end up with weed that taste like hay
