Default EC and when to add more nutrients?

Evening troops so quick question for anyone that might be able to help. I am growing using recirculating dwc and at this stage of the grow my EC is at 0.7. Over the space of about 4/5 days the EC dropped to 0.5 which means the plants are taking on the nutes. But it was at this stage I noticed some red spots on my leaves which I thought suggests a deficiency. Maybe because my EC has dropped 0.2.

My question is when should I add more nutrients? And also how much should I add? And do I add everything again (coco a+b, katana roots, calmag, silicon)

    Many thanks again

For example, I do dwc and change my nutes weekly.

Yeah no problem. I am using coco fibre and coco liners for my net pots. I change my water and my nutrients weekly as well

I'd just change early rather than add.
