If your in coco shouldnt you be using A+B nutes and pH and EC adjusting your feed ect ?
It seems a little like you've planted in coco but are planning to feed (or are feeding) as if you were growing in soil ?

Am I missing something here ..?

If you are in soil and not coco then 3 weeks is far to early for bloom. Bloom is for flower mate and during the vegative state the only nutes you give really (if any at all as most soil has enough nutes for the first 3 or 4 weeks) is grow which contains Nitrogen. The bloom you have has zero nitrogen and just P and K so deffo will not be needed until either a) 2 weeks after you flip to 12/12 if its a photoperiod strain or b) when flowers start to form if its an auto.

First step is confirm 100% your medium and then organise the correct nutes for that medium. I gotta be honest if you are in coco Im quite suprised shes still alive which leads me to suspect you are actually growing in soil and putting coco was an error ? If you are in soil dont give anymore nutes of any kind and just plain water until either the lower leaves start to pale and then give her a low dose of grow or she starts flowering and then you will start on low dose bloom depending on how shes doing ?

Hey brother, do what Gaz told ya. I just wanted to give ya some hope. I grow in soil and made the same mistake you did. (Pic1) The plant in the bottom right is 3 weeks old and had been stunted and burned by my mistake. (Pic 2) The same plant 2 weeks later after a light flush and me just giving water.

    Stay calm and plant on

I used 80%cococoir and 20% worm castings foundation. Ive only fed her twice with earth juice micro blast and bloom(which i know now not to use until flower thanks to your guyss help). I do have a big bottle of thrive which has a NPK of 4-3-0 and a bag of tomato boom. Let me know if these will help and how much.
