Great news gotta love free stuff 😂 a little tip I’d be painting that board with bathroom emulsion as once the humidity gets init it will expand and start too peel apart. The bathroom emulsion will be water resistant to a point and will give you a good reflective surface. Use flat matt white . Also I’d consider sealing with silicone in between all joints so ya knows it’s smell proof 😃🇬🇧

So it’s gone from thinking to doing pretty fast 😂

I’ve a load of silicone as I planned doing that with the floor so I’ll do all joints. Will I need to paint as I’ve just bought a shit load of that black and white sheeting and floor protect to line it all out with... Justified it what with the free wood 😂. I’ll seal it all with tape.

Got some new pots and soil too 😂. Bloke at the shop offered me some new soil he recommended, money back guarantee he said...

And all of a sudden the pressures on 😊😂.

I’ll do my best pretty much off the top of my head, will probably be a total bodge though and I’ll pull it all back down 🤔

Hi mate, I've built a room within the loft recently and it's looking great so far. I was paranoid as fuck with the copper chopper so I insulated between the rafters with those polystyrene blocks and fixed a layer of reflective bubble wrap over the top as well. I also put a layer of the bubble wrap on the inside of the room to insulate it better. It took ages but the result is my loft is still really cold but the grow room is a steady 25 ish degrees with lights on. There should be a link to my diary in the sig, I posted some photos of the build although they are pretty shit lol.
    Let's get it on!

Thats always good to hear dude, I’ll have a look at your diary.

Insulation wise I think there’s more than enough in the loft to use some of that, I was wondering weather I should cover the under side of the roof too but maybe that’s over kill- see how it goes I guess. Pretty sure it’ll be harder warning an uninsulated room up there than it’ll be cooling it down? Still to work put intake/outtake holes for fans. Plan a 4” in and 5/6” out?

Still thinking of the best way to cover the front and backs
