Default From germinated seed to potting in clay pebble Wilma

    Hi guys ,

What do you guys do for potting into clay pebbles after seeds germinate.
I presume you can’t just put tap root straight into pebbles .

I germinated via paper towel method .
I do have some Root-it blocks , am I ok puttting seed into the rooting block then placing into pebbles .

I have a dimmer on light and propagation lids to go over fabric pots , running blue drippers every 2hrs for 15 mins ..

    Thanks

You can use rockwool cubes or root-its/root riots. I ph mine to 5.8 and give them a rhizotonic soak before popping the seedlings in...

    Nice one .

    I’ll do exactly that .

The root it / Rockwool area is gonna hold onto water more than the pebble area . Does that matter .

Just don't drench the rockwool and you'll be fine.
