    Default CBD Oil for dogs

Hi all, my dog's just been diagnosed with bladder cancer. According to the vet all we can do is keep her happy as long as she's comfortable.
I'm not expecting any miracles, but I've ordered some cbd oil from the state's for her. Has anyone tried it?

I also read that a bit of thc with the cbd acts in conjunction with it and helps the fight. Any truth to that? Should I dab a touch of canna butter on a treat for her when she takes the oil?

Really sorry to hear that! Heart breaking.

They have an endocannabinoid system like us, so I don't see how they would not be influenced. The ratios and strength may be different though. Good luck.

Hi mate sorry to hear your news,I?m a big dog lover,I have 2 staffies one is 4 the other is 14,the older ones not got long left and his back legs are going,I?ve been taking oil for my arthritis for a few years and it really helps me,so Ive started giving him a few drops of cbd a day to try and help him with his pain and it does help him or so it seems, shop bought cbd contains very little thc that your dog would need to fight cancer in conjunction with the cbd,I would say give him the cbd as this cant do him any harm, but if your gonna start giving him thc oil you need to build up his tolerence so only give him a tiny tiny amount every day for weeks until he get used to it.

Sorry to hear the bad news. I give my dogs my regular high CBD high THC oil all the time. I use it for all ailments and it always helps with healing. My cats as well. I believe that dogs and cats are a lot more open to the healing properties of cannabinoids than we are.

I had a cancerous tumor removed from my dogs foot. The doctors said it would be back in a year or less if I did not radiate. I applied the THC cbd oil with dmso topically for about 6 months and give her a small dose of oil every few days. The surgery was June 2016 and so far the cancer has not returned.

With all of my dogs I have seen the same results. If they dont need it they vomit it out at any dose. If they need it they do not vomit they just get stonned and go to sleep. If you give too much they will vomit it out. Sometimes high doses make them leak a bit of pee while they sleep.

I hope the oil helps. If you have hash you can decarb it at 250f for 90 minutes and feed to the dog.

Sorry to hear about your dog. Best of luck, and hope he or she gets to felling better. I have taken the CBD oils, not much THC in them at all, but they do have a relaxing way to them.

Sorry for your bad news, dude

CBD oil has been great for my 3 dogs. They've been taking it for about 2 years now. One drop in the morning and one at night. You could have got it from the UK, there are a few reputable suppliers now. Just be careful with THC oil, if you decide to try that route too, dogs have a much lower tolerance than humans, something like 7 times lower, if I remember correctly.

Thanks for all the responses folks, some positive feedback.
The oil ordered is from kings kanine so it's formulated for pooches. I've only got northern lights herb and butter and as edibles don't have an effect on me the butters going to waste. A teaspoon is what I'd consider a dose of that to be for a human. I'll literally just give her a small pea size bit on a dog biscuit. The cbd oil should tell me the recommended dose for that on the bottle I expect.

Again, thanks for all the kind words and advice, it's much appreciated by my wife and I.
