    Default Halloween Left-Overs

    The pumpkin.

    Never carved it.

No idea what to do with it.

Don't understand pumpkin pie and whatever other recipes out there. They all seem over complicated.

Finally opened it tonight and some of those seeds in the pumpkin had sprouted! So into a little food tub they go and who knows, may be they will join the tent at a later date?

    Pithy and stringy.

I cooked a section of it up, came out reasonably like chips. With enough ketchup it's actually quite hard to tell the difference if I am not paying attention. Guess it turned out okay.

outter skin pealed off, diced up, big oven tray, olive oil, few smashed cloves of garlic, salt n pepper, throw in the oven at 200c for 10 mins, take out jumble up add more oil if needed back in oven until crispy n golden, roasted pumpkin ftw, best part is any left overs can be wizzed up with a bit of cream n you’ve pumkin soup!
