Chitin when broken down by bacteria becomes chitinase which breaks down the exoskeleton of our pest!

Tad hussey learns his shit from coot and as for microbes check out microbe organics.com microman is his name(Tim Wilson)
This will show you exactly what you need to know
CEC, recipes for teas the whole shabang
As for the teaming with microbes I would STRONGLY recommend teaming with nutrients first in reading it for my 3rd time again
    Well and truly subbed gaz

Nice one Redz mate, Ill check out Tim Wilson after the coots interview and Ill check that book out to at some point. My human physiology and biochem knowledge is speeding up the learning process alot, some of the similarities are uncanny !

See your a step ahead of what I was mate some of it was literally like going to school again especially reading the teaming with nutrients, but this has help me read a plant like I wouldn’t ever of known
    Other good books
    Bread from stones
The soil underfoot, infinite possibilities for a finite resource
    Teaming with fungi
What a plant knows(essential ipm reading)
I got some more bit at the moment I’m really trying to concentrate on the worm bin for reading and I’m reading a book in the build up to a week fast over Xmas
    Soon bro

Wow thats alot of reading, cheers Redz I like reading published research as well so Im looking at bits and pieces on pubmed too

Im probably gonna start with teaming with nutrients I think and then go from there. I learn particularly well from lectures and podcasts ect. I draw alot to learn as well sounds weird but I learnt translation and transcription (how DNA forms new proteins) by drawing the entire process as a picture lol.

Lol I bet you laughing coz you were here once when the game changed for you

Good to know man, I like the idea of building caring for the soil and letting the plant control the soil biology. Rather than force feeding the poor thing
