    Default problem with seedlings!

i never have issues with my seedlings they aree always green and healthy but now that i am upstairs in my house and its winter with the heat on i think its way to dry i wasn't misting them or anything at first so they had a or rough start i thought maybe it was lack of food so i gave them 0.2ML per L of sensi grow a and b very very very little and i think that made them excess and start crisping up like so im not hundred percent sure i use promix HP and i usually flush a good amount of water through the soil before planting the seed in it can someone tel me if im doing this wrong now that im more into growing i feel like i shouldn't wash the soil through with water because im probably running all the nutrients out of it???? and usually i always water to get run off where that first couple waterings for a seedling i should probably not get run off because again theres not alot of food in t here so i dont want to be washing it out???? pleasee give me some opinions on seedling phase with using promix HP i use solo cups at first aswell under four 2 ft T5 sunblasters about 5-6 inches away i ph my water to 6.5

it's just peat based soil (70% peat 30% perlite) don't think it has any base nutrients to wash out
high temp, low rH and a small pot will dry em out rather quickly especially in veg when the leaves aren't hardened yet

also they are stretching up a little mate, might need to lower your light slightly
id repot em and give a good watering with a very weak food,

those leaves die off anyway so don't worry, the new/top growth is healthy

Make sure they have enough drainage too. Peat holds water. Also u can bury them deeper, to just below the leaves. That will make the little weedy stems below the soil produce side branching roots and increase the root ball.

I'm a peat guy for my outside flowers and vegetables stuff. It's great as a rooting medium for starting seeds, but u want to mix in soil pretty quickly sooner rather than later. I generally do 30% peat in my outdoor soil, no perlite. I just hate the way perlite feels. I use it both to lighten the soil and because it helps retain water.

I would expect them to be a little bigger at this age brother, is this the soil you normally use ?? as said i would bury those stems when you pot up i would be wary of those girls toppling over, all the best brother, G'.

They look great. Keep your humidity high. Pluck or cut those dying leaves off. They have a baboon arse appearance that's off putting and it's good for the plants.
