Good Strain for anxiety

Does anyone have a good strand for anxiety or know of one that actually calms you down and makes you more social? Social anxiety is something I struggle with or is Marijuana just not able to be used for that?

Most will probably tell you something Indica dominant. Sites like Seedsman has % if strain genetics listed on the seeds profile so you can search for something that way.

A strain with a higher CBD % is better for anxiety. Indica strains are better than Sativa but certain Indica strains with high THC could still cause heightened anxiety.

Look for a strain with a 1:1 ratio of THC and CBD and you should be sorted 😊

Have you tried the cbd capsules? My g/f uses them with success for the same thing. Plus you can also buy cbd weed legally from many shops in the uk now, no thc and not the best tasting smoke but could be worth a try

that question is best answered by you,

for some indica calms them down, for others it's the exact opposite effect
trying them is the only way to be sure

what works for others might make you worse or vice versa

Haven't tried capsules but have had a little improvement using these gummies here NO LINKS!!!!!!!

I have one in the morning and one later in the day and am a little more clear headed than usual.

That?s good to hear, I think the capsule are meant to be a bit better as they use something like coconut oil to help the body absorb it better.
