    hi all what is the difference in the 3000k 3500k and the 4500k? is it the heat? i want to buy the ISH265 PRO but i have an option on these and i have not got a clue i need it for a 8 pot wilma which is 90x90,

    Will you be using it for veg, flower or both? The k stands for kelvin iirc. Different spectrums for different stages of growing. If you're using it throughout the whole grow then go for 3500k
