    A orchids roots are happy above ground and also like to grow upwards and turn into a new flowering stem ? Amazing what nature does to survive

    I won the first Pepsi Challenge with an uncovered bottle. It was quite interesting watching the root development

    Doesn't that have more to do with air exposure drying out the surface of the roots?
    Not to be confused with root pruning where root ends die off when exposed to nothing but air ans drying out.

    I'm doing a couple different glass bottles in my current grow, clear glass, green glass and brown glass. Different strains so far from a perfect experiment but lets see what happens.

    I had this on my first grow, one root became like a stem out the coco and back in
