    I dumped my basket a little earlier.

    Reason? Apparently now I need an account to shop with you rather than checking out as a 'guest' as I used to be able to do.

    Sorry, I don't do accounts for buying cannabis seeds.... One of your competitors will now be getting my orders...

    Hey M_C.. sorry to hear, tomorrow traslating your thinkings to office.. Site is updating a lot lately, so i havent info about this new change & why need. I guess can be by points loyanty system but just my fast thinkings after read you..

    I think the potential business advantages of a loyalty points system will be outweighed by the people being put off due to needing an account. i certainly wouldnt buy anything connected to growing through an account.

    The loyalty points have been going on a while. Everything is interconnected. People can obtain information with enough power and skill.

    The thing about it is using reasonable caution.

    For someone like me, ordering once or twice per year, the risk is minimal. For those running comps, like the mods and admins, dropping real information online is much more so, due to the frequency and volume of purchases.

    Until the world changes a bit more, retailers have to respect our privacy and care about our safety.

    With all that in mind, respectfully get your shit together, mon.

    Loyalty systems are just for databasing your customers... we all know it.

    & before anyone asks, I refuse to have a store loyalty card for the plain & simple reason I do not want to be databased, my details pored over by computer, and those details sold to 3rd parties....

    TBH I think this is the worst move I have seen a seed bank take... once you lose a customer it's very hard to get them back, and dissatisfied customers are always more vocal than satisfied ones....
