Default Is this ready to harvest?

Is this ready to harvest.? First time grower. Last 2 plants harvested came out dry in the drying process so don't want to mess this up.

Atleast 75% of the hair is brown

Stupid question but are the buds inside covered? I know she needs a trim

Most of the hair is brown. Using my jewellers loupe all I see is brown hair and abit of white crystals

Ur not really looking at the hairs dude. Those white crystals u are seeing are called trichomes. When they are a milky white and Amber that when u want to chop. Get yourself a loupe with at least 60x magnification. Heres a pic of mine

Yup as Wags says you need to look at the trichs on the actual bud, trichs on leaves and pistils mature quicker than they do on the buds, at what trich stage you harvest depends on how you like your highs i personally like to harvest with a maximum of 10% amber because i don't like couch lock,
