    Default Replacement pre-filter

    Hi all,
Looking to replace my CF pre-filter as it looks a bit dark and dirty.

There's Rhino ones on ebay between £9 - 20, depending on size.
Obviously if I need to then I'll pay it and just get on with it.
But I'm sure we'd all agree that it's over priced for what it is.

Wondering where others get their pre filters?
Or do you just clean the one you have?
Or, do you just not change them, and wait til you buy a new CF?

I stick mind in the washing machine with a tiny bit of powder and no conditioner. Always been ok for me.

    Perfect info, thanks.
I'll just give it a wash, and if I need to replace it then i'll use cooker hood sheets.
(I think I've got the same stuff... black, felt-like material I use as a bug/light filter at the end of ducting).

    Cheers!
