Harvest time it is then. Will take a few days to get them all done.

Looks like a foreign street market!n Not produced in the UK!n So vibrant! I love the different shapes.

Will be making a lot of sauces in the near future.

Beautiful harvest Jumper. Have you ever tried lacto fermentation to make the sauce? I have been making some great sauces that way.

No, will have a look. Planning on a mango chilli sauce and a roasted pineapple chilli sauce.

Rocoto. She is going to the basement with a cmh once the temps drop below her comfort zone. These chilis will finish and live to grow next year!

Drying some of the chillis in the traditional manner.

I think they look quite aesthetic, and may well use some for my new kitchen!

I've made chilli flakes out of mine, couldn't be arsed with making sauce......Dried for 12 days in a shoebox near a radiator, I've just gave them a blast in the blender then back in the box to finish the drying process then I'll jar them up in a few days

    Regards BL

My plants are still giving fruit. I got 2 interesting accidental crosses in the center. I will ferment a fresh batch of red sauce. Really happy that the Talk got me growing chilis again.
