    Default Trying auto-flowers properly

Hey everyone, I’ve grown autos before. Got some what now seem very dodgy seeds, from EBay. Back before it seems they changed their rules and stopped seed sales, I bought a couple of alien sour diesel kush for like £8. They were the first plants I’d ever grown myself, they didn’t get very big because I only had two house bulbs on them for 90% if their lives until I had enough for a tent and HPS. They turned out quite nicely and even though I expected it too no grassy smell at all throughout drying, being my first grow I didn’t get to cure anything but it was still a pretty smooth smoke which set me and a few friends off on the giggles. For my first grow I was happy considering the electricity costs were under £40 for the whole grow and I got maybe 18-20 G’s.

After my grow I was speaking to an online friend in America about my recent grow and that I was interested in giving autos a go, he insisted autos were terrible yield and only produced very weak bud. I knew otherwise about potency from my previous grow but the yield was very small to be paying to run a hps and I’ve always been worried of wasting my money on a low yield grow.

But recently I’ve been thinking of running an auto or two, after seeing some people’s posts on the forum with their autos which get fucking massive and look very tasty... so what’s everyone’s opinions on autoflowers? And what’s the best strain to start my autoflower journey?

Can’t wait to get going with my next grow so thanks everyone in advance

All about the conditions and getting it rite straight from the off. Pick a good breeder for seeds and u won't go far wrong. Especially being a member of the talk. Good luck man

Cant fault autos mate. Granted theres a learning curve compared to photos but defintely worth jumping into. As for yield, best ive done is 150g from a plant. Im a fairly average grower so norm seems about 2-3 zips for me. Its my third run with autos though and looking better so here hoping

Plenty of help round here but feel free to PM me if you need any pointers :-)

Love auto's..Yeah, they can be a pain in the ass but i like the quick turn around,(53 day from seed to harvest, cant moan at that,) ideal for smaller grows/tents. Plus, there is so much variety out there now these days and for the guys above that really know what they are doing, the yields can be massive.
