Shogun only started a few years ago and it’s shit especially the Bloom, I’m sure it’s growell hydroponics own brand!

Using the feeding chart for botanicare pro line puts the EC a bit high but I never get burn. I think starting with 0.00EC is important.

    I have to disagree.

What's shit is their other additives.

I was talking to a fellow grower another back he swears by dragon force whereas I have issues when I use it.

The p/k seems OK however I don't use that either anymore.

I just dose A&B whole grow in coco now. Didn't need calmag on any of my last few.

I use shogun silicon every few weeks.

So from what you have used the a&b is ok fair enough, I tried hydro and I’ll still stand by my word

Shogun is Growells own Redz mate and a bit sneaky of them not to admit it. Someone did tell me that the person who formulated Shogun Nutrients isn't all that respected within the industry.

I have used Shogun for some time and they seem to look fantastic when vegging but fail for flower.

Truth is my current grow is a bit crap and I am looking for someone else to blame apart from myself.

I'm pretty sure that most base nutes a and b are much of a muchness and most additives are a waste of money at best

Regarding Dragon Force Fwank I think it is their best product. I had some that were nothing but leafy nothing buds and a week of DF then flush turned them around into half decent. Nothing else added no other nutes just plain DF.

I have to disagree. I ran the grow and bloom with calmag and results were nice. I added rhizo, silica, hydroplex and karma and saw stronger stems with fatter stickier buds.

It's all down to your base water. Some nutes work better with some tap water and wont with others. I have an ec of 0.8 same as Gingerbud. My water is so rich in trace elements I had to mix it with bottled water to bring down the ec when these plants where seedlings. I'm sure it's the same with nutes, if a certain product is high in a certain element and my tap water is also high with that element, my plants wont like it.
