So,the light arrived today! Excellent condition, fully working...All i need now is someone to point me in the right direction on how to optimally use the fkr ! ie, hanging heights for seedling, veg and flower etc. You can use this plugged into a timer too, right? any help, greatly appreciated. Cheers

Gardro steered me right when I got one.

30" for seedling then lower slowly to 24" in veg. Then you can get down to 18" in late veg (strain dependant) then work down to 12" in flower.

Go slow these things are powerful

Congratz on your purchase mate, would appreciate it if you share your thoughts once you've got it up and running and settled into a grow with it
