Anyone else into keeping fit?
What did you get up to today?
I am sure some talkers are as gym mad as me :-)
I must go to the gym - due to breaking L1 - 4 in my spine a long while ago! Ok now it is endorphin addiction - twice a day is norm ;-)
Me - I am normally a HIIT, Maui Thai, Kick boxing, boxing nut - but bad surgery on my knee in Jan has rendered me cardioless :-(
Now I do calinetics - adult gymnastics :-) never have and don’t do weights :-)
So how is your training going? What’s ya goals?
