    Default What training did you do today?

    Anyone else into keeping fit?

    What did you get up to today?

    I am sure some talkers are as gym mad as me :-)

    I must go to the gym - due to breaking L1 - 4 in my spine a long while ago! Ok now it is endorphin addiction - twice a day is norm ;-)

    Me - I am normally a HIIT, Maui Thai, Kick boxing, boxing nut - but bad surgery on my knee in Jan has rendered me cardioless :-(

    Now I do calinetics - adult gymnastics :-) never have and don’t do weights :-)

    So how is your training going? What’s ya goals?

    I like playing with kettle bells. I don't say I'm great with them but it keeps the lungs working hard

    My current regime..

    I put kettle on with index finger, make tea and grab a biscuit with both arms trembling..I then tilt tea cup to the mush with pinky in the air (for balance).

    When growing I lift grow light, tilt neck left and right to make sure it's straight, watering can at the ready..I tilt said can.. pouring contents inside pots...waiting patiently whilst the soil accepts it's moisture before tilting once more.

    Multiple fitness on the agenda next with my fingers (one at a time) stabbing at the keys on the keyboard, occasionaly moving a mouse around. Depending on what has been eaten that day, a left or right arse cheek may be raised to allow gases to escape, much to the dislike of the wife.

    On a serious note, I love walks mate..back in the day I used to do free weights every other day 60kg in each arm, football at the weekends

    I go to the gym everyday. Was into bodybuilding for a long time, got to a size where I couldn't eat enough food to get any bigger without feeling sick. I don't know how they do it man. I'm now into callesthetics. By the end of this year my goal is 20 muscle ups in a row and a flag for longer than 15 seconds. Since I stopped lifting stupid heavy weights and using entire body movements I'm a lot less injury prone too.
