Default Looking for some tips please guys completely new to this

Hey how's it going, recently started 8 babies which I will detail and include info ect further on but basically they are going very slowly and I'm not sure why so if I include as much info as possible I hope you guys will be able to help,

I have a monster mass feminized seed, blueberry twist femenised seed, tuthankamoon fem seed, a choc orange auto and 2 venom 2 white widow I germinated the four fem seeds around 5 weeks ago so I'll go on detail about them first
Sprouted in plain organic soil with ph6.8 water , a bit of over wAter at first and under 600w hps pretty close to all of them but temps were between 25.C-31.c which also caused a little heat stress so two weeks ago all 4 fem seedlings where changed to a dual spec 300w cfl around 4-6 inches away from tops , I have two thermometers always showing temps at 20.c-25.c and a carbon filter taking air out of the room with a fan blowing fresh air in and constant air flow through home made slots in door, they only get watered when pots feel light with ph 6.8 water and with aarpund 10-20percent run off , no food . I'll be putting all 8 into canna professional soil mix with cana clay pellets at base of 14litre buckets in a week and started small feedings of bio buzz organic vegging food but I just don't get why they all look so small but I'll get some photos and hope for some help

Also the two biggest the monster mass and blueberry twist both are starting to get new fresh healthy shoots at the nodes and also the blueberry got her first set of five finger healthy looking leaves so if this is all happening which only started the last two days is this good

Hey mate. Sounds like you got it covered. Too much heat and light caused your seedlings to get a bit stunted. They appear to be recovering well now. Cheers.

    Edit
Too much water, heat and light. Started by drowning them I think.

Thanks for the reply do you think giving them another 5 days to get them fresh sprouts out then putting them into the canna coco pro mix nitro rich soil with the pellets and another 300w cfl and started on small feeds as that's my plan does it sound ok

I would let them grow a bit more before transplanting. How many liters is the Auto currently in? They say it's better to not transplant autos.
