    Default Diodes out

    Anyone any idea what i need to do can do or how i can rectify this



    A strip of diodes have gone out for some reason, not sure what's happened but i've only been using it around 8 weeks surely they should last longer than that, cheers guys, G'.

    I might be seeing this wrong but...

    Looks like 1 individual led has died in the centre of the strip. If they are wired in series in the strip 1 would take out the lot...still under guarantee ?

    Most likely repairable if not G'

    Dont use this G, it has the potential for Thermal Runaway.

    Ffs, this is just typical.

    Is there a repair possible Gardro?

    I can talk to Rich but I'm not sure where we stand here. They where unused when I sent them to G. I recieved them on 2nd September from Rich and they have been packaged in the same box until I sent them.

    You can send it in for a replacement on this one occasion. Stricktly speaking it doesnt fall under our warranty but we will honour it this once.
    Be quick cause we have 22 lm561c boards left and we are not making more .
