    Default Scrog 50l pot

I was thinking about using this method. I've heard the yields are much bigger using bigger pots. I'm going to put it in a 1x1m tent. I was just wondering what yields people have had and from what strains? I've looked at the seed guide and the average seems to be about 4-600g per m2. Not sure if these are very optimistic expectations. I've heard of people getting 250-300g per plant. My plan is to master this method and then hopefully get a bigger tent and have another strain or 2 using the same method.

Anyone else tried this method? What were the results like and what strain did you use?

Thanks in advance for any advice
