Hey everyone, I was just wondering if when adjusting the built in potentiometer on my Invisible Sun lights, should I turn them off first? Cheers all

Just seems a bit of a pain in the ass to have to take my plants out of the tent so it’s not dark on em every time I wanna turn it up/down

Okay I’ll do that in the morn, I’m more concerned about sticking a screwdriver into anything turned on lol... made that mistake with a light switch once, never again

Once bitten twice shy, I tripped the mains with my screwdriver and I practically fell on the floor lmao... baked and fried you could say lmao.

Wiring and soldering i have 0 confidence in, im either concerned I’m going to ruin the equipment (like my IS lights) or do something irreversible to the board... if it’s cheaper stuff I’m not so fussed, but I’m not sure invisible sun warranty covers Stoner haha

Fuckin hell mate, that’s a bit much... who would sell that to ya? I’d have a few choice words for them after finding that out lol

Its absolutely fine to dim when its turned on. I do it while plugged in to a watt meter.

Even so, photos or autos, turning the lights off for a bit, once in a while wont hurt them, as long as it's not a regular thing.

I turn my lights off for most pics I take, it's all good.

Oh that’s good mate, honestly I’ve had mini freak outs over the lights going off halfway through their day cycle
