    Default Another trichome question

    After my nightmare in the groom, I finally got around to checking the trichomes.
    I’ve checked all 4 plants in many different places/ different colas, and I’m a bit confused. I’m seeing clear/cloudy and in some places there’s a few ambers.
    Can someone help me with when to harvest please? I’m unsure simply because I was under the impression that they go from clear to cloudy then to amber and not all 3 at the same time haha.

    It's all good LewisR19, some trichomes turn quicker than others..they all have their own pace and it's all about ratio's..the more percentage of clear/cloudy the more 'energetic' the high will tend to be, the more you allow to turn amber, the more of a couchlock kind of high you will get, so this is a growers personal preference.

    Lower buds tend to finish quicker than top buds mate plus the leafs will show amber before the actual bud sometimes so go by the main tops I’d say

    You're welcome bud

    Redisiel also made a very good point in regards to where you're reading the trichomes from

    Here is another image for reference ;
