Need help big time please, i've messed up and germed my seeds before i'm all set up

I've messed up and germed my seeds before i'm ready i thought i would have had a few days before they sprout, i put them in a glass of water for 23 hours on monday then yesterday i put them in kitchen towel and they had already split a bit and today the taproots are showing, the problem i've got is i haven't got any water that has been left out for 24 hours, everything i have read and learned to start my first grow has gone right out of my head, does anybody have any ideas about the water please and i haven't got a water spray and i can't remember if i plant the seeds then put the lights on or wait till they pop through the surface
any help is appreciated thanks

niceone m8 so it can't kill it, i know you have helped me get prepared alot for this but my heads gone m8 thanks for replying should i ph the water, also should i just put the fans on and wait till i see it pop through the soil to put the lights

Soil or coco grow mate?

You don't want to be messing about with PH in a soil grow. I assume organic?

Not sure what use the fan would be until she pops her head up

i'm going to get old timers nutes if that's what you mean by organic m8 so i should just wet my soil a bit and drop it on and leave everything off until it breaks the surface

do u not think i would get away with leaving them in the kitchen roll and the tub tonight m8 till tomoro when i can get the finishing touches done or is it risky

I've seen fairly long roots on things before they get planted but it's up to you

cheers m8 u put my mind at ease i'm just gonna make sure they are damp enough (not soaking though) till tomoro and u reckon there's no point switching anything on until it breaks through the soil
