In my grow room right now I have a Secret Jardin, a Mars Hydro and a Gorilla grow tent, The Gorilla is far superior to the other two, it comes with a heavy price tag though. The Secret Jardin is the poorest of the three.

Hydrolab for me taking cost and quality into consideration. I'm sure if you pay mor you can get better but Hydrolab are a step up from the cheapos and the service from the company is great.

I very much appreciate everyone who has posted their opinion here, thank you!

Seems there is no clear best anymore, which is a good thing in a way because more brands have now stepped up and that gives us growers more options that we used to have

I'm surprised no-one mentioned Green Qube as they do seem good on paper, perhaps not so good in reality?..

I might just have to go and visit a shop or two with all of the brands you guys have mentioned here, to get a 'hands-on' look at them.

Thanks once again, it has helped me get a list together ..you Talkers are awesome and I appreciate the time given to share your opinion with me

The best tent I ever had was a cheap Chinese one. After 5 year, all I could fault it on was a single pin prick where it would light leak (and I do mean a single pinprick!) - If it had of been taller then I would still be using it today

I did think I would have been able to do that lip mate but decent tent poles don't bow and if I could cut them slightly I would end up with a baggy tent. To be truthful I mainly use this tent for veg so lack of height and poor quality tent are not a big problem. I get the 1.8 x1.2 x 2.4 tents off ebay they are cheap and acceptable quality for vegging just hope they don't stop selling them as the one I have won't last forever and has more than a few repairs.

On a side note the old tent poles make great frames for a scrog net.
