Well , into day 1 without cigs

On the patches and the spray, I would say the spray works tbh , couple of cravings been sorted by it

The big test is when I get home about 4-5pm when my weed box will be full on winking at me wanting abused

You could try dry herb vapes mate, it's what me and the Mr's use and we're very happy with it..good luck, there's nothing we can't do if we put our minds to it

I pretty much only smoke solid as well so it’s a pipe if nothing else.

The “one hitters” I used in Spain are good for weed though

Day 3 , still no cigs smoked , had a joint on Monday night and same last night.

The nicorette spray works fairly quickly , allied with the patch it’s pretty plain sailing

Big test last night as I had 4 beers and there was a moment I wanted to eat the patches

What I found helpful was the joint , had a few tokes at a time so about 4 sittings which stretched it out. So I’d say so far so good

Wait till my projects start for 6 months from next week though

Well still no had a snout since Sunday afternoon.

Got busted by the chemist wifey tho for partaking in a couple of joints with a mate last night .. just came clean about it . Co2 lung reading down to 7 after blowing 16 last Friday.

This spray certainly works in conjunction with patches. Hopefully off the patches a week today n I’ll keep the spray to hand.

Can live with just smoking a joint or 2 a night n no fags all day

The hard part is now passed

At your point I was just smoking single skin rollups (weed only) & then went onto my vape as I found I was using the spliffs for a smoking substitute... I'd never smoked so much weed in my life!!

The vape? Love it - but came to the conclusion its a little too smoking unrelated for my liking (And I care not for edibles)... now I just have a bong... and that works just nicely
