But then I think alot depends on use, I hammer the fuck outta coils and tanks.

Ive had tons, this aspire is ok the clieto but not brilliant.. In six years Ive yet to find the Tank.

    The Falcon came close

Id say I do maybe 20 tanks plus a year lol bloody things are not Gaz proof
The tanks have got a lot better Gaz mate, but don't forget we can change out tanks too, the mod I recommended above is really good, but as said tanks can easily be swapped over

I've been through the lot too bro LOL..they called it 'shinyitus'

These days there are many more GOOD options, and you can purchase to suit your needs

I smoked for many years and quit kinda cold turkey, I took ziband for 2 weeks, my wife couldn't take it so I thru mine away to prove a point. What I did learn from ziband was some technics to help quit and to this day I feel it is why I was successful mat the time.

    Set goals
    Reward yourself
    Start small
A week, go out for a good meal
A month go away for a night
    6 months take a trip
    A year soil your self.

Nicotine is a craving which you need to ride your body of as well as tell your mind you don't want the craving.

    Simple solution bottled water.
When you get that crqving, drink an entire bottle of water, this helps flush your body but is the first step to tricking your kind.
After a week you will be so of water you won't want any more.
Craving for tobbacco= moremwater, body mind doesn't want more water craving reduced.

This worked for me and I was Smokefree for 15 years, for the first 10 I was smoking nothing, but I am back to my indulging.
I smoke hash and use it as batch. This has not been a problem for the last 10 years, my hash use has increased greatly as I am kinda taking time away from work for a couple years to do work on my home and spend time with my wife.
Even the last 5 years on adding some tobbacco to hash, I don't even think of having a butt.
At my age I need to pick my vices, I can't give up everything, smoking some hash is my go-to.
Wishing you well on your great challenge ahead.

I feel like I missed a memo. I stopped roughly 7 years ago but I definitely didn't soil myself after a year. Disappointed, frankly! You don't often get a legitimate excuse

    Cheers
Comes with a spare set of O rings, had mine a year it's never leaked. I think the parts are available but at £25 who cares its disposable at that price....I think the battery may be a bit tired I don't know exactly how many charge cycles it will do but hey like i said just buy a new one...I've saved £1600 I would have spent on cigs, my lungs feel better got more energy and dont stink like an old ashtray Win all the way

I see lots of you guys have had success on here with vapes. I've tried a few times but failed miserably. I also see your all having success making your own juice with THC.

I read the posts but it's all jargon to me lol!

I smoke about 12 ciggies a day and half a ciggie per spliff. I've got a mighty vape but rarely use it. I don't feel I need to have high nicotine at all and would probably be ok with the lowest amount possible.

What vapes would you recommend for quitting smoking and also for making my own vape juice with THC?

As I spend so much on ciggies, money isn't an issue and I would get any initial out lay back pretty quick.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you need any advise on making vape juice from shatter or wax let me know irons, wax liquidisers, mixing, heat up times, etc. I’ve done a lot of research lately and have been making it with surprisingly good results.
    It's nice to be nice.
