Nope, just smoked bongs and when I smoked the blunt, I puffed the vape at the same time to get the niccy.

Yeah like I have a pipe like a one hitter then go sit down few blasts of me puffer feels awesome on the way down to lung mine feels kinda harsh but maybe the liquid strength to.. Oh my t break over after four days.. Another story that one haha..

Nothing since Wednesday for me. I've struggled a bit this morning because I stayed up for the boxing last night and abused my vape lol. My throat is a bit weak this morning but whomever mentioned about "cheating is only cheating yourself", has done well because that ringing in my ears was what stopped me tbh.

So far so good, I hope everyone else is doing well!

try a higher nic I was on 24mg first time round but wasn't in a big vape tank that blows clouds I'd of died lol maybe an 11 would do yas both I'm on 16mg now seems right I can hammer it for a bit without over doing it..

Think that was me on about printing ya own thc talk mug be cheating lol.. Keep at you'll be the winner if ya stay off the fags.. I used to get bad cravings when I drank cos people smoked around me but I made sure I had a battery on charge while I was using one then swap em over when needed cos I never put it down constant chuff chuf chuff lol..

I went from 15~20 cigs a day to 6mg nic e juice no issues i'm down to 3mg now for the last month or so...1 year on tuesday ex smoker
