Not a heavy user these days Bud.. roughly around 3-4ml per day for me

When I first stopped I was canning the stuff - if I could get a 10ml bottle to last all day I'd call it a result

5ml a day for me...give or take. A went a good hour or so after waking up today before having a blast of the vape.

I'm trying to equate e juice nicotine consumption vs cigarettes and whether i'm actually putting more nicotine into my body than when I was smoking cigs...

So the question is....How many ML of e juice @ 3mg nic would equate to 10 cigarettes ?
