Yeah thats the norm I think RASTA at least in my experience, it was the only time I missed it at the start...just to let you know that does subside, with only the habit of doing it remaining for a while until it completely goes away..fast forward some years and I now hate cig smoke around me..not because I fancy it but because it stinks and chokes my breath lol
