    Thanks very much for taking the time out to assist, I’ve just give them all a decent water to flush them out a bit, do you think I will need to feed them at all now or is the soil enough ?

    What size pots are you using and how long have the plants been in them ? You may not need to feed until you start flowering in which case you will only need bloom nutes...

    Meant to ask, can I still use the A&B in the future but only use say 20% of the recommended ratio?

    That's not much good for compost mate you will get much better results using compost specific nutes...

    15 gallon ? jesus thats huge like 60ish litres....10~20 litres is more than enough for canna depending on veg time....

    I read so many things about pot size I was soooo confused, in the end I just bought them and thought big pot big plants!

    Big pots do produce big plants but you need a long veg, it would take at least 10 weeks veg to get a decent root system going in that size pot, root production slows down to a virtual stop once the plant starts to flower...You don't want your pots with poor root occupancy because the pots take too long to dry out between warings which makes the medium stagnant and depleted in oxygen...
