Vent it to the loft would be my route of choice
If your flat is like mine what I rent out then you might have ventilation points from a bathroom? Will only b 4” if you have but could use that if you have one

If the loft hatch happens to be in the shared hallway

Certain time of the year if you don’t have roof vents then venting into loft space will cause condensation

The cupboard I thought about blowing the hot air into is in the hall. These cupboard doors have slats full length of door. A bit like the wall vent in the picture I posted. So the air would easily escape into my hall.
As for my intake....temps inside the groom would dictate where I draw that cool air from.
So once I am set up...that will be another thing to think about lol

I didn't bother taking the vent grill off. A looked on the side of building first....and couldn't see an air brick or nuffing. Looks like its leading straight upto the chimney thats on the roof.
I actually spotted that wee connecter thing....if a do go straight out window, al deffo be getting that.

There's a loft hatch m8...but its in the close up above my house door and the neighbours house door. There's a yale lock on it which I don't have a key for. And I doubt the neighbour has access to this loft either. It would be my preferred choice to vent extraction up there too...but too risky for me a think?

Thanks every1 for chipping in with your thoughts on this. Its half the battle hearing ideas from like minded people.
Least al know who to blame, whichever option I go with

But this won't be setup for at least a few more weeks. Just trying to plan ahead the now.

    Peace

If you do vent into the house mate you could hook this up to your exhaust.

What you do is fill it with water/ice a frozen bottle even, and it makes the humid air condense in the box. There no way a plant pumps out as much damp air as a tumble dryer so it should work pretty decent a reckon mate. Might stop damp/mold on the walls I used one for ages before I moved the dryer.
