I made a filter for my maxi jet pump intake....Cut the bottom of an old pH down bottle and put some women's tights material over the opening...You be surprised how much crud it collects

Good for salt and mineral build up without a doubt no good for debris, yucca extract works well too....I found the blue drippers to work best or halo rings...The black drippers are rubbish...

These wont work loose and you can ream the holes out slightly larger with a drill bit if your pump has a good head of pressure

I use drip irrigators . I keep my res cleaned and never had any problems .

If it continues ... use hydroguard from botanicare . It will destroy any harmful bacteria in your res . Try and keep your reservoirs below and around 18-20°

Could well be that. When I first set it up I made all celotex light baffles for it. Packed it up for a couple years, got it back out and just got on with it tbh...it’s been a bit of a lacklustre effort really tut tut I defo think I’m better at chucking water in pots lol

Sounds good. I’ll be doing at least one more run after this absolute fuck up anyway. I’ve yet to finish modding it and maybe I can fix the problem somehow. Won’t be turning the kitchen light on for a week. Again. Ffs
