Default Do any powerful 'silent' inline fans exist?

Currently I've got a basic 4" 13W that's doing about 100m3/h and it's sound is about 37dB so not loud at all. I had a look and came across the hyper fans, but at 70dB they aren't silent. It led me onto the stealth fans but I'm working with a 60cm x 60cm x 170cm sized tent.

Is there anything out there in the market that's around thr 40dB mark but more powerful than the cheap basic inline fans? I think I may need to create sound bespoke sound proofing with a more powerful unit as a last option

My fan that BG recommended is excellent in combination with the controlfreak and probe.

Give me a sec and Ill find post a screen shot, 100 quid as well so very reasonable and with 6 inch accoustic duct, evem at full tilt is low hum only. During the winter you will never hear it lol

Here's the pic, just search the title on fleebay mate
On bungees it is excellent and it handles the temps perfectly you need at least 1.5m of accoustic ducting either side for the silent running though
