    Default Red leaf centres

    Soil or hydro or coco:soil

    Strain:barneys pineapple chunk

    Photo or Auto: photo

    plant age: 9 or 10 weeks (4 weeks since switch to 12/12)

    pot size:4L

    has it been repotted? and when?: once after about 2 weeks

    soil type:cant remember but its a low nutrient, free draining soil and i added perlite

    nutes or additives used and how often for soil:hesi range, as per schedule but at lower strength

    Air temps (max min):max 29°C / min 20°C

    Res temps (max min):n/a

    humidity:35-50%

    lighting type and wattage (hps, led, cfl):led - 135W but running at less due to temp

    Light schedule:12/12

    ph level:around 6.5

    Looks a little like phosphorus deficiency to me

    I agree with Gaz, are you using PK boost? If not up your nutes a bit and keep an eye on the newer growth for burning tips

    Not yet, I was going to start next week as per the schedule.
    I read before about guys saying the PK boost wasn't really needed atal so didn't think of this, especially this early in flowering

    Cheers guys, I will start adding the PK boost next time I water and keep you updated!

    Every plant will have different needs mate. The feeding chart should be used as a very rough guide.

    There are many other factors to take into account rather than the plants age or stage.

    Your water content, the environment, the Ph of your soil, whether or not the soil drys out between waterings and many more.

    The idea is to learn to read the plant, it wont come over night but you'll start to notice leaf change and eventually you will understand what the plant wants and when. The leaves tell you the story 9 times out of 10.
