My general rule is 1oz dry per 4 liters pot size. While I have sometimes yielded much better than this is it is a decent guideline for yield. Height depends a lot on genetics, lighting and environment. Best way to control height is to keep lights as close as they can go without burning the plant and training the plant to keep short.

    Depends on multiple things
    ..
    Strain type...
    Lights and humidity
Grow method - eg scrog or topping and training ...

I tend to use 15litre pots and and grow plants up to about 1.2M tall...
No scrog just topping and training
