    If its a new build it should have roof vents, maybe extractor vents for bathroom, W/C...usually bodged on flexi 100mm white ducting. Also if its housing assoc. be very careful...they can evict you for breach of contract and send you a repair bill for a few hundred quid...down here they do it quite a lot

    Tbh that's how I'm getting my fresh air in I've got my old air going through my fascia just thought it would work other way

    With my loft grow I removed the extractor fan from my bathroom and inserted 100mm ducting from my intake fan into the vacant hole in the bathroom ceiling. I then joined the 100mm ducting from the removed bathroom fan to the 125mm ducting from my extraction fan using a reducer so that my extracted air gets vented directly outside and my intake gets plenty of fresh air from the bathroom via an open window
