TBH I believe they have a valid point. The UK has a big enough problem with drivers under the influence of drugs which would only get worse if legalised.When the roughly one-third of Americans opposing legalization were asked about the most important reasons for keeping legal marijuana out of circulation, driver safety was the chief reason. 79% said that an increase in the number of accidents involving drivers using marijuana is a major reason for their opposition.

Here are the Colorado stats but they're skewed because they test for the presence of THC (not exclusively) so it can be combined with booze, coke, you name it...the 5 nanograms is also a mental amount to test for. I reckon you could have that amount in your system weeks after smoking? I'm not sure though. That guy in the Celtic Mist video that ironman posted explained why it's a ludicrous amount i.e. you'd be over the limit by just consuming legal CBD oil

Here in Washington we've had no increase in cannabis duis, but they note when thc is present in etoh arrests which scews things.
