    Looking at the bag (EC of 0.8 - 1.4) and your NPK values id say its far too hot and would fry any seedlings...

    Look for a light potting/seedling mix like biobizz light mix for the first pots mate

    Edit: to put the EC into context, ive been feeding at 1.0 EC during full flower and it was a tad hot!

    As above... id find a lighter mix to start them off in and then potentially pot up into that. Be sure to add 20% perlite to aid aeration and drainage

    It shouldnt be a problem once your plants have grown abit. However it would be too strong for seedlings.

    There are soils specifically designed for starting plants off so try to look for some of that
