Electricity Costs

Was just in another thread where electricity prices were being discussed and was wondering how much other members here pay monthly?

I know everyone will show different amounts depending on their set-up so post your 'normal' amount (when not growing), and if you wanna share what you pay when growing included then feel free.

I've been paying roughly £60-65 a month for electricity alone (not growing)..this seem about average?

Used to pay £70 a month all in, both gas and electric. Since ive been growing its gone to £140 a month. After my last run of autos i owed them another £300.

Pulled 20 odd Oz though so a lot cheaper than street prices

40 direct debit for electricity without growing (and was 100 quid in credit at last bill).
77 direct debit now with growing (let's see if I am in credit next time lol).

For comparison I am single bloke in a two bed new build (I know a lot of you have children and stuff that batter electricity lol). Oh and gas central heating about thirty a month).

All kinds of variables though... provider, price, county, house size etc

Also, do you use electric to heat your house? I used to pay more when i lived in a flat that had no gas

No I use gas mate..although I do cook with an electric oven, so that might be the difference..plus 2 kids charging phones, constantly watching TV etc..so maybe it just adds up.

I use electric oven too but yeah if you got 2 kids aswell youll be using it a lot. My costs are for 2 of us and were both out all day for work

I pay around 100 quid at mo without my lights on, over winter with my grow my bills were 160-170 quid a month.
